At the Andover Bank Annual Employee Meeting in May of this year, Steve Lombard was awarded the “2021 President’s Award”. Steve received a plaque and a check. This award recognizes one employee each year for their outstanding customer service, banking knowledge, and teamwork. Steve has been in banking a total of 35 years as the Community Sales Manager of the Edinboro Banking Center. He is dedicated to his customers and the community. Steve serves as a board member of Edinboro Community and Economic Development Corporation (ECED) and University Service Incorporated (USI) at Edinboro University.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Pennsylvania and has also completed the Graduate School of Banking program in Madison, Wisconsin. Steve is a lifelong resident of Edinboro, Pennsylvania where he resides with his wife, Colleen. They have three children: Justin, Carson, and Kailyn.
