Keeping your personal information safe and secure is our top priority. As industry standards continue to evolve, we are updating password requirements for our Online and Mobile Banking systems to provide the safest possible experience. We will be implementing the password requirements outlined below in the near future. You will be required to adhere to these standards on your next password change:

• The minimum length of the password must be at least 9 characters and not more than 17 characters.
• The password should be a combination of characters that includes upper case, lower case, numbers, and symbols:
  • Minimum of 1 numeric character is required
  • Minimum of 1 upper case character is required
  • Minimum of 1 lower case character is required
  • Minimum of 1 special character is required (i.e., #,*,$)
• The password should not include keywords, predictable terms, and number series (for example: Andover, Default, or 12345).
