Stephen E. Varckette, President and CEO of Andover Bank, is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees just prior to the beginning of the new year. David Gregory fills the role of Compliance Manager for the bank and Jamie Hochschild rejoins Andover as Community Sales Manager for the Conneaut Banking Center.
“We are very excited to welcome Dave Gregory in this important role,” remarked Mr. Varckette. “As we look ahead to continued growth and challenges in the new year, the role of Compliance Manager will be an invaluable position, overseeing current and up-to-date regulatory and compliance issues.”
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clarion University of PA. He lives in Fairview with his wife, Lucy, and has two grown children, Brendan and Connor. In his free time Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, lifting, and watching Penn State or the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jamie Hochschild returns to Andover Bank at its Conneaut Banking Center. As the Community Sales Manager, her primarily responsibility is for the day-to-day operations of the banking center and helping personal and business customers establish and reach their financial goals.
“The team welcomes Jamie back after a brief hiatus from the bank,” said Craig Cumberworth, SVP of Retail Banking. “Jamie’s experience and familiarity with how we do things will be invaluable and ensure a smooth transition for our customers.”
Jamie lives in Ashtabula with her daughters, Natalie and Paityn. In her free time, she serves as Trustee to both United Way of Ashtabula County and the Edgewood Alumni Association.
